Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit only ( A gift card towards future purchase that never expires) 

Items must be:

  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • unused
  • with original tags and packaging

Items returned with stains, odors, damage, makeup, or signs of wear will not be accepted.


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • sale items
  • discounted items


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If eligible, customers will receive store credit to place a new order.


Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
